Not just Engineering

College has a big role to play in a person’s life. Never a person leaves as the same person he was when he set his first step in the college campus. Same is the scenario with me. These four years have transformed me into an entirely different person.  Not only have I gained technical knowledge because of my preferred field, I have grown as a better person, a person who can deal with the outside world.

I Joined Amity in August 2010 and soon I will be an engineer. All the credit goes to our learned faculty members who teach us with utmost passion and commitment. Without their guidance and persuasion I feel none of us would have a sound technical mind which we have today. Amity known for its infrastructure did not disappoint us, and we also utilized it to our advantage for our learning and growth.

The college not only gave us theoretical knowledge but also ensured that we are up to date with the industry we hope to serve in the future. Various industry trips were arranged which proved to be very helpful. The industrial training that we completed after our third year was a great learning experience. The military camp at Manesar was also a great learning experience.

What makes Amity apart from just another engineering colleges is the value added courses which ensure the all round development of a student. I would consider myself extremely lucky to have lecturers who have immense knowledge of the concerned subject. Individual attention is what we need for personality development and that is what we got over here.

Apart from studies, friends play a huge and a very important role in college life. I have made friends in this college who I am very sure will remain with me throughout my life. The experiences that we shared together through our great journey will always be cherished.

Just a few months are left in this college and we all are curious to start working and start a new life. But I am very sure that the day we say goodbye to this life we are going to miss it. I want to wish all my friends for  great future and hope we all stay in touch.
