My name is Pranav Aggarwal I joined Amity University in the
year 2010 to pursue B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Since I didn’t get
admitted into any other Government Institutions then had to opt from a Private
Institution and in the league of Private Institutions Amity is the best. Since
I got late in getting admission few batches were already made. I was admitted
to section which was a mixup of Dual degree and Single Degree pursuing
students. My first day at the college was a mass bunk because of Raksha Bandhan
and no one was there in the college that day. I made friends on the day of
registration & on the first day of college as well. We used to meet up
daily for classes. Then we came to know that amity is an institution where
attendance is used a weapon against the kids by the teachers and you cant miss
even a single class if u want to score 5 marks of attendance. The 1st
semester was really horrible because I had no idea that how the things work
here most of my friends got debarred and the first exam of Mathematics was so
tough that majority of students got a backlog in it but I was lucky that I
didn’t got one. Nex semester I had the idea how the things work and that
semester we really enjoyed our college fest and due to winters classes were
also called off early. Coming back to the college was really different took me
closer to my friends. We started this semester really well. Me and my friends
used to play cricket whenever we had time. H-block ,Eblock & I block were
hubs of timepass and having a delicious meal for the day and the best part was
to look at the girls. After these semesters time passed so fast that whenever I
think about that three and half years passed it seems like its been only few
days. And suddenly we are into the final semester and time is running so fast
weeks feels like days & months feels like weeks. Only 3 months left in this
college and with my friends & I definitely hope that they be as blasting as
my all these years.
I hope that this journey never ends.
