College is
described as a place where children not only join to complete their course and
to get placed in a good company but also to enjoy their life to the fullest.
This is the time which people of all age groups cherish a lot. It is the
stepping stone which changes a person from being a school kid to a matured
individual. During these years people come across different individuals hailing
from different diversities, cultures, places etc. These are surely the most
memorable days of any person’s life.
After completing
my school, I joined Amity. At first I was saddened by the fact that I was
unable to crack some entrance exams and also because I had only one college to
join for and that too it was Amity University, Noida, which has been famous for
very low placements in my course i.e Mechanical Engineering and that the name
was associated with things like rich brats, no studies, full enjoyment etc. I
opted for a Dual Degree MBA course along with Mechanical Engineering which has
time duration of 5 years. It was 27th of July 2010, my first day at
college. Just like any other student, I was a bit nervous because I was going
to enter a whole new world full of opportunities, new people etc. But then
during my orientation programme I met some people who went on to be my best
friend. In due course of 4 years, I have been lucky to have so many friends. I
came across some teachers who were really helpful and some who were well the
lesser I say the better it would be. I was involved in a lot of interesting
projects which helped me gain more and more practical knowledge of my course.
These years have been the golden years of my life and I am surely going to
cherish them for the rest of my life.
